4 C. cooked white rice
4 C. cooked wild rice
1 C. toasted pecans (broken)
1 C. dried cranberries (soak 10 minutes, drain)
1 C. minced scallions
1/2 C. diced celery
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 C. minced parsley
1/4 C. fresh chives

Dressing:
4 T. rice wine or white wine vinegar
4 T. lemon juice
large garlic cloves, smashed and minced
salt/pepper
1/3 0 1/2 vegetable oil
2-3 T sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients (except dressing ingredients). For the dressing, mix vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. While whisking stream in the vegetable oil and sesame oil. Pour over salad right before serving.
