1 veal roast with a pocket

onions
garlic powder
paprika
15 ounce can of tomato sauce
15 ounces of apple juice
8 ounces of water

stuffing
challa
eggs
grated onions
salt
water
(saute onions, mushrooms celery) optional

Directions:
Directions:
Slice 4-6 onions at the bottom of a roasting pan.
Smear the veal with paprika and garlic powder
Make the challa wet, and mix it with stuffing ingredients.
Stuff the pocket with the stuffing.
Pour tomato sauce, apple juice and water of the veal.
Cover tightly and bake for 2-3 hours.

It is best to slice the veal when it is cold.
