Tongue

2 cans tomato sauce
6 Tbs sugar
6 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the tongue in boiling water for 21/2 to 3 hours.
As soon as the tongue is finished cooking peel the skin.
Keep in refrigerator for a few hours.
Slice the tongue when it is cold.
Boil tomato sauce with sugar, lemon juice and mustard,
Pour over slices of tongue.

Bake in oven for 1/2 hour before serving.
You can also warm it on the stove.
