1 1/2 lbs of beef sirloin or tenderloin, cubed
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 -3 tbsp oyster sauce

1. Cube beef sirloin or tenderloin to bite-size pieces

2. Combine cubed beef, salt, pepper and minced garlic and let stand for 15 minutes

3. Add the EVOO and marinate beef for 30-45 minutes

4. Pan sear marinated beef in hot iron skillet, tossing beef to ensure even browning on all sides

5. Add the oyster sauce and continue tossing until all the liquid marinade dries up

6. Add the butter and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes

7. Transfer salpicao on a bed of rice pilaf or cooked rice and garnish dish with spring onions or coarsely chopped parsley.

8. Serve dish while piping hot and enjoy.

I prefer using a cast iron skillet because it does a better job in searing the meat.
