1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
2 (3oz) pkgs lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 can (12oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 c. whipping cream
3 T confectioners sugar
Fresh Strawberries

Directions:
In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water, let stand 1 minute. Bring to boil; cook and stir until gelatin is dissolved. In mixing bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Stir in unflavored gelatin mixture & limeade concentrate.

Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Beat cream until soft peaks form, add sugar 1 Tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat gelatin until frothy. Stir in whipped cream. Pour into an 8-cup ring mold coated with non-stick cooking spray, refrigerate until set.

Unmold onto a serving platter. Fill the center with strawberries.
