1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup Grape Nuts Cereal
1 medium onion (sauteed)
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. George Washington's Beef Broth (or your favorite seasoning)
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1/4 cup oil
1 small can of tomato sauce (I use the one with the Italian seasonings)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place in loaf pan or 8 x 8" pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Pour tomato sauce on top the last 15 minutes of baking. Sometimes I add the tomato sauce after it comes out of the oven while it's cooling.
