1 lb Skinless chicken cubed
1 cup Frozen peas
1/3 cup Butter
1 tbsp Onion powder
1/3 cup Flour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
¼ tsp Celery seed
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
1 ¾ cup Chicken broth
2/3 cup Milk
2 9 “ unbaked pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
In saucepan, combine chicken, peas. Add broth to cover and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain (keep broth) and set aside

In saucepan combine flour and butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, celery seed and poultry seasoning. Slowly stir in broth and milk. Simmer over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and set aside

Place chicken and liquid, combine. Place mixture into deep dish pie plate (bottom crust). Cover with top crust and seal. Make several small slits for steam

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes
