1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup butter melted
1 tsp thyme leaves (optional)
1 tsp marjoram leaves (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 pounds red potatoes

Preheat oven to 450
In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
