2 TBSP OIL
1 C CELERY DICED
1 MED ONION DICED
1/2 C UNCOOKED RICE
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM

1LB GROUND MEAT BROWN IN 2 TSBS OIL. ADD 1 C CELERY DICED,
1 MED ONION DICED, 1/2 C UNCOOKED RICE, 1/4 TSP PEPPER, 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN, 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM.
RINSE OUT ALL CANS IN 1 1/2 C WATER (ALL).
COOK 1/2 HR WITH LID ON 350º STIR
BAKE 30 MIN UNCOVERED AND PUT 1 CAN CHINESE NOODLES. BAKE 10 MIN MORE.
CHESTNUTS - DRAIN OFF AND ADD FRESH COLD WATER
