1 stick oleo
5 to 6 T milk
2 T cocoa
Cook until well blended.

Add powdered sugar until it is hard. Add 3/4 cup nuts.

Frosts a 13 & 9 inch cake pan.
Directions:

Mix together all except powdered sugar. Add powdered sugar until the right consistency is met.
Frost one 13 x 9 inch sheet cake.
