1 stick (1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
3 rounded tablespoons flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp pure Mexican vanilla
1 tsp Grand Marnier
9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and flour and beat until fluffy. Fold in buttermilk, vanilla and Grand Marnier. Pour into pie shell, wrap edges of crust with foil to protect from overbrowning and bake about 50 minutes until center is set. Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking.
