1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk
3 squares Unsweetened chocolate
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 cup softened butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk with chocolate in medium saucepan until chocolate melts. (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time to spreading consistency. Stir in butter. Blend. Spread frosting between, on sides and top of cake layers.
