2 lbs chicken pieces, I use boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast
1-2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mixed pepper, cloves and cardamom
3 cloves garlic
ginger size of walnut
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
one small onion chopped

Prick chicken pieces with a fork. Combine all other ingredients in blender or blend with handblender and pour over top. Marinate for an hour or up to 24 hours before cooking. Cook at 375º F for about 45 minutes or until juices are clear.
