1 sm. pkg. lime jello
1-1/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. cottage cheese (or sour cream)
1 c. crushed pineapple (no juice)
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. walnuts (optional)
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jello according to package directions. Cool in refrigerator. Prior to setting, mix in cheese, mayonnaise and other ingredients. Put in jello mold and refrigerate overnight. To unmold, set mold in warm water for about 10 seconds, dry the outside of the mold, and flip onto a serving plate.
