6 chicken breasts seasoned with lime juice
onion and garlic powder
black pepper
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 10oz jar apricot preserves
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 packages of powdered onion soup
1 tbsp lime juice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Russian dressing, apricot preserves, soy sauce, onion soup, and lime juice in a bowl.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Place seasoned chicken in oven dish and pour mixture over it to cover leaving some for later.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour occasionally pouring more mixture over the chicken.
