1 6 oz pkg frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz pkg)
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 C thinly sliced onions
2 C milk
1 C biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 10x1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix crab meat, cheeses, and onion in plate. Beat milk, biscuit mix, eggs, and salt till smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 35-40 minutes or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
