1 1/2 C egg whites
1 1/2 C sugar
1 C flour, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 C sugar with flour. Add salt and cream of tartar to beaten egg whites. Add rest of sugar to egg white mixture. Add flour mixture last.

Pour into greased angel food pan. Bake.
