1 c flour
sugar
1/2 c butter or marg
3 eggs
1/2 c cream
2 1/2 c finely cut rhubarb (or 1/2 rhubarb 1/2 strawberry)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, 2 tbsp sugar, butter or marg in 8" pan. Cook at 325 for 15 min. Beat 3 egg yokes then add cream, 1 c sugar + 1 tbsp sugar, rhubarb/strawberries. Spread on crust & bake at 350 for 40 min. Beat 3 egg whites, add 6 tbsp sugar, vanilla & spread over baked dessert & brown at 400 for 10-15 min.
