2 lbs stewing beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 lb carrots sliced 1"
5 large sticks celery cut 1/2"
1 large onion in chunks
1/2 med green pepper cubed small
4 o4 5 med potatoes - diced
1 tsp salt
1 box frozen peas
1 tsp corn starch
dash or 2 oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper & vinegar then cover with hot water & simmer for several hours or till tender, but not over done. Boil the veggies (except peas) until tender. Add the peas the last 10 min. Add veggie and juice to stewed meat. Thicken with corn starch. Add oregano. Cover & keep warm.
