1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter (marg)
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 pkg active dry yeast
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
5 1/2 - 6 c flour

Filling:
1/4 c butter softened
1-2 tbsp cinnamon
50 cocktail sugar cubes (about 3/4 cup)

Icing:
1/2 c powdered sugar
3-4 tsp milk

Directions:
Oven 375. Heat milk & butter to melt. In large bowl combine milk mixture, sugar & salt; cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast over milk. Add vanilla & egg & stir. Add 2 1/2 c flour beat 2 min at med speed. Then hand stir in remaining flour to stiff dough. cover, let raise about 30 min. Divide into 1/2's, roll each to 10x7 in rectangle. Spread with filling. At 7 in end roll up. Pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down in greased 8 1/2x4 1/2 loaf pans or 1 1/2 qt casseroles. cover. Let rise 45 min. Bake for 30-35 min or when top sounds hollow when lightly tapped. If necessary, cover top with foil last 10 min to prevent excess browning. Remove from pan. Drizzle with icing while warm.
