1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 large onion-chopped finely
1 tsp celery salt
4 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp butter
¾ cup meat stock
1 tsp dry mustard
2-pound chuck roast
1 can beef bouillon

Brown chuck roast on both sides, add 1 can of beef bouillon, cover and cook for approximately 3 hours-until meat shreds apart. Can be cooked in oven at 325 degrees or on top of the stove.
Brown onion lightly and add other ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes. Add shredded beef and cook for 30 to 45 minutes to let flavors combine. Serve on warmed rolls.
