1/2 c. Chicken Broth
1-10 oz Package chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1/2 c. Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Oleo
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/4 tsp. Pepper
8 oz. Linguini, cooked

Directions:

Place milk, broth, spinach in blender, cover, blend until smooth. Cook & stir onion & garlic. Add spread, add cheese & pepper. Stir. Pour over pasta.
