Ingredients:  
¾ cup unsifted flour
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
Combine and set aside.

In a large bowl add the following:
¼ cup shortening
¼ cup peanut butter-crunchy
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Beat until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup brown sugar and 1 egg.
Blend in flour mixture and 1 Tbsp water. Stir in 1 package butterscotch morsels and 1 cup (uncooked) oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
