2 Pounds of stew beef or steak tips (cut into 1" cubes)
2-4 Knorrs beef bouillon cubes
Gravy Master
1/2 Cup of flour
6-8 Carrots
6 Yukon Gold Potatoes,
1 Box of frozen peas
1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of red wine
Olive Oil
Bay leaf
3 Medium onions, diced
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in stew pan. Add diced onions.
Mix flour and salt and pepper in a dish and set aside. Roll beef cubes in the flour mixture. When onions are translucent add the beef to pan to brown with onions. Brown 20-30 minutes. When beef is browned add water to cover all beef. Add bay leaf, 2 beef bouillon cubes,sugar,red wine,and 2 tablespoons of gravy master. Simmer 3-4 hours. Cut up carrots and potatoes into chunks and set aside in cold water. Add Carrots and potatoes after 3 1/2 hours. Wait 20 minutes and add peas. Cook for another five minutes and enjoy!
