2 Cups of chopped white bread
1 Cup of fresh Quahogs, chopped
2 Tablespoons of melted butter
Dash Salt
1/2 Yellow onion, minced
Quahog juice to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 375º. Steam the quahogs in water until the shells open (if the shells are already open prior to steaming, discard them). Remove the quahogs from the shell and chop into pieces. At the same time, saute the minced onion with some of the butter until softened (4 to 5 minutes). Once the onion and quahogs are done, set aside to cool. Mix all of the ingredients together and stuff the mixture back into the quahog shell. Place the stuffed quahog shells on a baking sheet and bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
