4 large cucumbers
I bottle Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 teaspoon Dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers thin
In a colander put sliced cucumbers, salt generously (the salt sucks the water out of the cucumbers) – let drain approximately 10 – 15 minutes;
Rinse slices and let drain until excess water is gone.

In a large bowl mix cucumber slices, Dill and Ranch Dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

For a variety:
Add onion slices and cherry tomatoes
