2 – 10 ½ oz. cans Jalapeno Bean Dip (or substitute 1 ½ cans spicy refried beans)
2 Avocados, mashed with 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
¾ c. Sour Cream
½ c. Mayonnaise
½ pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
2 bunches Green Onions, chopped, including tops
1 – 4.5oz. can Chopped Olives drained
2 med. Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped and squeezed to remove juice
1 ½ - 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Using a large round platter or pizza pan, spread bean dip into a circle, covering pan. Spread mashed avocado over dip and salt lightly.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix blending well. Spread over avocado and layer remaining ingredients carefully.
Tuck round taco chips around edge and serve with extra chips.
