2 lbs Chicken Quarters
Original Shake & Bake seasoning
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
2 eggs beaten with dash of milk
1 cup milk (to mix with soup)

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip quarters in egg
Roll quarters in shake in bake
Add to baking dish, and bake at 350 til cooked
Remove from oven
Mix Campbell cream of mushroom with 1 can milk
Pour over chicken, top with mozzarella
Place back into oven, and cook until heated and cheese is melted and browned
Serve with buttered brussel sprouts/wild rice!!!!!
Best dish ever!!!!
