2 (15 oz) Can Black Beans, Drained
1/3 c. Diced Red Bell Peppers
1/4 c. Finely Chopped Red Onion
1/4 c. Diced Unpeeled Cucumber
2 Tbls. Diced Celery
2 Tbls. Minced Jalapeņo Pepper
1 Tbls. Chopped Basil
1 Tbls. Olive Oil
2 Tbls. Tomato Juice
1 Tbls. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, celery, jalapeņo, basil, oil, tomato juice, lemon juice, thyme, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and garlic in a bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
