1 (8 oz) Package Spaghetti
1 (9 oz) Package Artichoke Hearts
1/3 c. Salad Oil
1 (6 oz) Bag Radishes, Sliced
3 Stalks Celery, Sliced
1/3 c. Parsley, Chopped
3 Tbls. Cider Vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Black Olives, Sliced

Directions:
Directions:
About 40 minutes ahead of serving, prepare spaghetti, drain and keep warm. Prepare artichokes, drain and add to noodles. In saucepan over medium-high heat salad oil; cook radishes and celery until tender crisp. Spoon into spaghetti and parsley, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and olives. Toss to mix. Serve warm or cold.
