4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. Flour
1- 8 oz. container Sour Cream
1/4 c. White Wine
8 Garlic Cloves, halved
2 c. Mushrooms, sliced

Directions:

In large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat.

Add chicken and pan-fry until cooked through and juices run clear (~10 mins)
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Using same skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until onion is translucent but not brown (~5-8 mins). Season with paprika and salt. Pour chicken stock and wine into pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.

Mix flour with sour cream until smooth, then whisk into chicken stock
Place chicken and mushrooms in skillet. Simmer until chicken is heated through and sauce has thickened.
