4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water. Combine with oil and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop dough by teaspoon full into powdered sugar. Roll dough into balls in powdered sugar. Bake 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet at 350º for 10-12 minutes
