24-25 c. of peeled, chopped Tomatoes (about 50)
5 Green Peppers, chopped
5 Onions, chopped
7 Hot Peppers (jalapenos), chopped
4- 11 oz. cans Condensed Tomato Soup
3- 6oz. cans Tomato Paste
2 c. Vinegar
¼ c. Salt
½ c. Sugar
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped tomatoes in large pot for 2 hours. Add chopped green peppers, onions and hot peppers. Cook another hour. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, soup, tomato past and taco seasoning. Heat through while stirring-it will stick if you don’t. fill pint jars, adjust lids and process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes. Makes about 20 pints.
