1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 large T. sour cream
1 onion, chopped fine
1 (4.5 oz.) family size Armour dried beef
Pepper
2 Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stack of dried beef into small squares. Rinse with boiling water. In bowl, mix beef, onion, cream cheese, sour cream and pepper.

Roll out crescents, smooth seams and cut into 24 squares. Put in mini muffin pans and push down with floured wood tart shaper. Fill with a scoop of beef mixture.

Bake at 375º for 9-12 minutes.
