1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2- 6oz. Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
Cottage Cheese, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef and onion with salt and pepper. Drain fat. Set aside.

Bring mushroom soup, tomato sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, and layer the lasagna in a baking dish. Layer noodles, sauce, cheese and repeat. You can also add a layer of cottage cheese after the sauce if you prefer.

Cover and bake at 350° for about 30 mins or until bubbling. Remove cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
