White Rice, cooked according to package directions for 2 cups dry rice
3 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ c. Butter
4 c. Milk
3 cans Tuna Fish
8 tbsp. Flour
Chow Mein Noodles
Toppings you prefer

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce by combining butter, milk, soup, tuna and flour in a saucepan. Heat until warmed and thickened, by stirring constantly. Set aside.

Into separate serving bowls, put toppings such as chopped green onions, diced celery, chopped green peppers, shredded cheese, slivered almonds, crumbled bacon, several hard boiled eggs that are crumbled, pineapple chunks and coconut.

On individual plates, start with rice and chow mein noodles. Top with white sauce and any toppings you like. You can always have seconds!
