2-3 Chicken Breasts
½ - 1 c. Teriyaki Sauce
Romaine Lettuce
3-4 Green Onions
1 tsp. Salt
¼ c. Oil
2 ½ tbsp. Vinegar (Rice or Wine)
5-6 Wonton wraps (these can be found in the produce section)
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Accent
½ tsp. Pepper

Bake chicken in one inch of teriyaki sauce at 350° for 25-30 minutes (turn the chicken pieces over halfway through cooking). Once finished cooking, let rest for 10 minutes. Chop chicken into bite size pieces.

Shred lettuce, and add chopped green onions.

Fry wonton wraps, pat dry with paper towels, and break into about 1 in. pieces. Top on salad.

Combine sugar, accent, pepper, salt, oil and vinegar in blender until sugar dissolves.

Once you’re ready to serve, add the chicken and dressing to the salad and toss.
