1 C pumpkin
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 qt vanilla ice cream
1 pie shell or graham cracker crust
whipping cream (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, 7 nutmeg. Soften ice cream by stirring. Blend 2 mixtures together. Pour in baked pie shell or crust; chill or freeze. Top with whipped cream.
