1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Water
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ c. Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar, brown sugar and water together and until mixed well. Stir constantly until boiling and 300°. Remove from heat.

And baking soda and stir like crazy. Pour into a greased pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Once they melt, spread to cover the top.
