4 c. Sugar
2 c. Water
1 c. Light Karo Syrup
2 Egg Whites, beaten until stiff
Chopped Nuts- if desired
Maraschino Cherries- if desired
Chocolate Chips- if desired
Dipping Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water and Karo syrup in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Cook to 260°. Pour over egg whites in a separate bowl, and beat well.

Add whatever fillings you prefer and pour into well greased egg molds and cool in fridge. Dip in chocolate. You can also pour into a cookie sheet and pour caramel over. Then roll and slice, or cut into squares to serve.
