4 Eggs, beaten
1½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1½ C. milk
¼ lb. melted Butter
1¼ lbs. White Bread (cubed) I like to use Country French

1 C. Syrup (corn or maple)
1 1/3 C. Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
To Make Pudding: Combine the sugar, eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk and melted butter in a bowl and mix together. Add the bread and fold it in. Put mixture in a 9x13 inch baking pan that is sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour caramel sauce over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; check, rotate and make up to 30 minutes more (or until golden brown).

To make sauce: Combine white sugar, brown sugar, butter and syrup in a pot and cook over medium-high heat until all ingredients liquefy. Caution: this sauce gets very hot so be careful. Remove from heat and add the cream.

Serve hot, in a bowl with vanilla ice cream and more caramel sauce.
