2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup onion - chopped
1 pound ground beef/turkey
14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
8 oz mexican corn
1 small box couscous
Broth to make couscous (beef, chicken, or vegetable) - see box for amount
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
8 oz spicy hot V8

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat.
Saute onion in drippings (add small amount of canola oil if needed for saute)
Add remaining ingredients - except for Couscous.
Simmer 10 minutes.

While simmering, prepere couscous per directions.
