1 Box Jumbo Shells
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup flavored crumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 large jars spaghetti sauce
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese
shredded Italian cheese

brown mean - drain and cool

cook shells - al dente. drain and place in single layer on foil. Reserve 1-2 cups of pasta water

cook some onion and garlic in a little oil, add sauce and some of the browned meat. simmer 15-20 minutes

Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, onions, oregano, salt and pepper. If too dry add pasta water. Fill each shell with about 2 tbsp. meat filling. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan. Place shells open side up in the pan, cover with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. cover with foil and bake at 350º about 30-35 minutes uncover and add shredded cheese. Bake about 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
