Makes 21 quarts (with 1/2 bushel)

1/2 bushel cucumbers and 3 bunches of dill
Mustard seed
Pepper corns
Red pepper flakes
Cider vinegar
Water
Coarse-medium salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sterilize jars. Scrub medium cucumbers with brush.

To each quart add: 2 heads dill, 1 tsp mustard seed, pepper corns and red pepper flakes. Pack cucumbers into jars. Fill jars with hot brine: 1 cup cider vinegar, 2 cups water, and 1 tablespoon coarse-medium salt. Seal.
