1 Large Lemon Jello
1- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1/2 bottle maraschino cherries, drain and reserve juice
approximately 1 bag carrots, finely shredded or grated
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. chopped pecans, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cherries and grate carrots. Mix jello per package (2+2). Combine all except reserved juices. Mix 5 Tbsp. of reserved juices with Miracle Whip, chill and refrigerate and use as dressing when eating.Pour Jello mix into ring mold and chill until very firm.
