1 C Neufchatel cheese dip with bacon and horseradish, 8 oz carton
1 C cream style cottage cheese
1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
2 T flaked parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
6 C cubed cooked potatoes (9 medium size)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dip, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese, parsley and salt. Add potatoes and toss lightly to coat. Turn into 10x6x1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 350º oven for 30-35 minutes or till heated through. Top with remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese; bake about 5 minutes more, or till cheese melts.
