1 1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 c Brazil nuts, cut in half length wise
4 rings candied pineapple, red, green and yellow
2 1/4 c candied cherries
1/2 c butter
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Oven 350º
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Sift together remaining dry ingredients and add to above. Add fruit and stir until blended. Bake in 9 x 5 pan until done.
