1/2 package yeast
1/4 cup warm water

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp melted shortening
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water. Mix together 1 cup water, salt and sugar; add to yeast mixture. Mix shortening and flour well and knead. Divide into 3 parts. Makes 3 large pizzas.
