1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 pkg crackers (crushed)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 T Minced Onions
1/2 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Uncle Ed's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together by HAND.
Place in greased casserole pan. Add Ketchup to top.
Bake 55 minutes @ 375.
