1 1.5 lb flank steak
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce steak all over with fork. Place in plastic bag. In small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, Tabasco, oregano, chili powder, and garlic. Pour over steak and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally. Grill on medium high 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare. basting frequently with marinate. Slice against the grain.
